Even after I spent hundreds on the game and the permanent ban was a friend being careless? There is also a mistake on Xbox's part with the update that I received. This was long after my beginning account got banned and I even deleted it off of the xbox itself but I was still playing Rainbow Six Siege. And then non simply did I have to get a brand new $500 Xbox, it as well takes my games away that I paid my ain money towards. I am non certain if you know how Rainbow Six Siege works, but lets say I re-buy it. Will it have my account (that I utilise at present) yet there with all of my stuff since I played it without the banned account beingness on the Xbox. Or will it be brand new, fresh from the start.

If you played the game on an account that did not get banned, and played information technology online so an online game save was created, your progress would yet exist at that place.
If the account never went online, or an online game save was never created/uploaded to the cloud, then you will be starting over from the beginning.

Ok thanks. Because once the main account got banned, I switched to the other ane so I did have to restart but I got very far and I still use the aforementioned account. But I just had to get a new Xbox and the game wasn't here. That makes me feel a lot better knowing my purchases and things I earned on my account right now will be at that place.

Basically this is what happened.
You had your primary account that you lot purchased Rainbow Six Siege on and set your original console equally its abode console, which allowed you to use play the game with your secondary account.
Your main business relationship got permanently suspended which caused you to lose the power to redownload the games and sign in with that account just whatever console you had set as your dwelling console for that account was even so prepare that way and any other profile on that console was withal able to play the games that were downloaded for that original business relationship.
Unfortunately you then had issues with the panel and had to go it replaced and due to y'all not being able to sign into that business relationship anymore you can not sign into the new panel to brand it as that profiles habitation console so have lost the capability of playing Rainbow Half dozen Siege through that profiles license.
Fortunately like what was said before equally long equally you were continued to the internet and there is a save file there all your game progress is saved to the cloud so if you buy the game nether some other profile then and sign in with your now Chief account all that progress would be resynched from the cloud with the local storage saves.
